Produced by Ingra Brozzi in Cogozzo, near Parma in Italy, Brozzi lard has a creamy texture which comes from Parma pigs that are fed on grains, cereals and whey from the Parmigiana Reggiano cheese. This means it melts more easily which adds to the richness of our pastry.
Brozzi Lard is a premium quality, refined, deodorised lard, is used for a wide range of applications and is particularly suitable for pork pies.
